What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the business name, a contact name, the way you asked us to reach you, and anything you type in the message. That is stored so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

If you become a client we also hold billing details needed to invoice you. Card numbers are never stored on this site — payments are handled by the payment provider on their own systems.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, to carry out work you have asked for, and to invoice. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider stores the site and its database. Our email provider delivers messages we send you. Our payment provider processes payments. Each only receives what it needs to do that job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they are still useful to us, then removed. Client and invoice records are kept as long as Canadian tax rules require.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will deal with it.
